Our modular machines were originally designed precisely in the face of a strong need on the part of many construction companies and cooperatives not only to REDUCE TRANSPORT TIMES AND COSTS, TO SOLVE LOGISTICS PROBLEMS, but above all to have THE POSSIBILITY OF BEING ABLE TO TRANSPORT ELECTRIC ENERGY EVERYWHERE: in remote, high, awkward places, where it is difficult to pass even with a forklift. Containment of transportation and installation costs.
As already mentioned in the “advantages” section, the main feature of our machines is precisely the possibility of transporting a bulky machine that generally weighs around 150kg (power 10kW) by hand and without the use of heavy vehicles of any kind, allowing it to be loaded and unloaded manually even from a normal car. In the case of the 450kg (18kW power) 3-module wheeled machine, the intervention of a van would suffice. There is no need for the intervention of crane trucks, forklifts, pallet trucks, lift arms or others. This allows the user to contain installation and transportation costs, which sometimes far exceed the cost of running the construction business itself. A real alternative solution to cut construction site costs and solve logistical problems.
Modular combination.
Many construction sites inevitably have both single-phase and three-phase utilities; thanks to the modular application as already explained in more detail in the “advantages” section of our website, it is no longer necessary to purchase or rent two separate machines, but rather it is enough to have a single one with multiple alternator modules that can be connected quickly according to the utility’s need.
ZERO maintenance time.
In the face of the rental experiences undertaken over the years, one thing has always been emphasized by our customers: the timeframe of a construction site is very tight, the timeframe for completion is limited, and delays of any magnitude can generate not insignificant problems. Thanks to IMMEDIATE replacement of a module in case of generator failure this issue is solved, the construction site would NEVER BE WITHOUT ELECTRICAL POWER in case of any kind of failure. Work would never be interrupted.
